Refund & Return Policy

1. Delivery

All Panache templates are delivered via instant digital access. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an automated email with a PDF document containing your unique access link and installation instructions.

2. The Refund Policy

We do not accept physical returns for any of our digital products. At Panache Themes, we’re in the business of helping you launch with an editorial edge. Because our products are digital assets delivered via instant download, they cannot be "un-seen" or "returned" in the traditional sense. Due to the digital nature of our Squarespace templates and Canva kits, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or for purchases made for the incorrect software/platform. We encourage you to review the product demos and descriptions thoroughly to ensure they align with your brand's vision and platform requirements before you pull the trigger.

3. Technical Issues & Consumer Guarantees

We stand by the quality of our code and design. This policy is offered in addition to—and does not limit—your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (including the UK, US, Canada, and EU). If a product is genuinely faulty, technically defective, or has been significantly misrepresented, we will make it right regardless of where you are launching from.

4. How to Request a Remedy

If you encounter a major technical discrepancy, please follow this process:

  • Contact Us: Email hello@panachethemes.com within 14 days of purchase.

  • Details Needed: Include your order number and a clear description (or screenshot) of the technical issue.

  • Resolution: We will first attempt to troubleshoot the issue with you. If the product remains defective and we cannot provide a fix, a refund will be issued.

5. Return Method & Licensing

As these are digital products, no physical return is required. However, upon the approval of a refund, your commercial license to use the assets will be immediately revoked. You must permanently delete all files, copies, and installed templates associated with the order from your devices and hosting platforms.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
