All Panache Themes digital products are intended for use within one business or brand (or one client project).

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, gift, or transfer any product

• Sub-license products to third parties

• Include our products in free or paid bundles, packages, or libraries

• Share editable files or access with others

Each additional business, brand, or client requires a separate license purchase.

Squarespace website templates are licensed for one (1) website only, whether used for your own business or a direct client.

You may:

• Customise colours, fonts, copy, and layouts

• Publish the website publicly as part of a finished brand

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the template or any of its components

• Duplicate the template for multiple websites

• Use the template to create competing website templates, themes, or digital products

• Extract, reuse, or sell sections, layouts, or page structures in any editable format

If a manual Squarespace transfer is performed by Panache Themes, the license applies only to the transferee website and may not be reused elsewhere.

Canva templates are licensed for use in one (1) business only.

You may customise the templates freely for your brand.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the templates in editable or exportable form

• Use the templates to create competing design products or services

• Provide template access to third parties

To use the same template across multiple businesses or brands, an additional license must be purchased.

You may use Panache Themes image packs for personal and commercial use, including:

• Websites

• Social media

• Digital products

• Client work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the image files

• Claim the images as your own original work

• Use the images for AI model training, NFTs, or resale marketplaces

You may crop, edit, recolour, or overlay text on the images as needed.

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated.

Images shown in demos, previews, or listings may include:

• Free-to-use stock imagery

• AI-generated imagery

• Licensed stock imagery owned by Panache Themes

Licensed stock images used for demonstration purposes are not included in your purchase unless explicitly stated.

Images may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed as standalone assets.

• You are free to use, customise, and keep the colours, fonts, layouts, and visual elements included in your purchased template as part of your own brand identity.

• However, Panache Themes template names (such as Verde™, Flux™, Saranghae™, Fluros™, Maven™, and Sundays Social™) are product names only and may not be used publicly.

• This means you may not describe your website or materials as “built with,” “using,” or “based on” a Panache Themes template, or include the template name in your branding, domain, or marketing.

• Designer attribution such as “Template designed by Panache Themes” is permitted and optional, provided it does not imply ownership, partnership, or ongoing affiliation.

In simple terms:
You can keep the look — just don’t keep the name.

• All Panache Themes products are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

• Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use, not ownership.
  All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with Panache Themes.

• We reserve the right to showcase product designs, layouts, or mock-ups for promotional and portfolio purposes.

As part of your purchase, you may be granted access to the Panache 3-Day Website Bootcamp™ (an AI-powered assistant hosted via OpenAI/ChatGPT).

• Usage: This tool is provided to assist with copy-drafting and strategy. It is intended for use with one (1) business project per license.

• No Guarantees: While the AI is trained on Panache’s editorial logic, we do not guarantee the accuracy, suitability, or legal compliance of the copy it generates. You are responsible for reviewing and vetting all output before publishing.

• Non-Reliance: Advice provided by the AI (including SEO, technical, or business suggestions) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

• Third-Party Terms: Use of the tool is subject to OpenAI’s Terms of Service. You are responsible for maintaining your own OpenAI account and credits if required.

Any breach of these terms or the End User License Agreement may result in immediate termination of your license, without refund.

If your license is terminated, you must:

• Cease all use of the product

• Remove it from all websites, platforms, and devices

• Delete any stored copies or exports

Panache Themes reserves the right to take legal action where misuse or infringement is identified.

Our templates are designed specifically for the platforms indicated in the product description (e.g., Squarespace 7.1 or Canva). It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software and subscription to use the product. Panache Themes is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible platforms (such as Wix, Showit, WordPress, or Desktop Publishing software).

As our products are digital and delivered via instant download, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All Panache Themes products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Panache Themes is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, business outcomes, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
